Fierce Love

8:51 AM

I like to take Wednessday and share a worship song and scripture.  You can consider it a mid week Selah.  It will only take you about five minutes but you would be amazed at what the Spirit of the Lord can do in just mere minutes.

This song as been on repeat in my heart for weeks now.  It is "Pieces" by Amanda Cook.

Would you make time for Him today at lunch, the car line, or after the kids are tucked in and allow Him to remind you that His love is perfect?

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
We love because he first loved us.
1 John 4:18-19

The great thing about prayer is that it can be done anywhere at any time.  Prayer is the easiest thing to multi task.  You can be sweeping your floors while you pray, scrubbing a toilet, switching over laundry, working at your desk, walking in the halls at school, driving in your car, taking a shower, cooking, on the phone with a friend.  Get the picture.  Sometimes we make it a little to complicated.

Every Wednesday I make concentrated efforts to lift up my sisters and brothers in Christ and in crisis.  I pause and make Wednesday the day I really focus on praying for others.  Can you do that commit to making Wednesdays #worshipwednesday with me?

Praying for my friend's husband in the hospital, praying for my dear friends who need favor from heaven in a circumstance, praying for those who need peace beyond comprehension, praying for the sweet little ones in the womb of their mothers for healthy babies and deliveries, praying for the families of martyrs in third world countries, praying for those here who gave their life willingly for His name, and for those affected by the flooding and fires, believing His love cast out all fear today and supersedes any report of man.  He is sovereign, Holy, and in control. YES? and we can trust him with our whole life every part.  His love is not fractured.
