Flawed Beauty

1:45 PM

You there barely hanging on, with blistered hands, dirty nails,
and a tear stained face.......

“Worth It All, I don’t understand Your ways, But I will give you my song, give you all of my praise, you hold onto all of my pain, with it you are pulling me closer and into your ways.”

I have not heard this song in ages.  It’s going to be worth it.  Is it worth it?  Flawed beauty, you there behind the computer screen.  This is what I hear HIM saying to you, to me…..

“YES it, you are worth it! I am worth it. HE is worth it. I see your tears pouring over your pillow.  I see those streaks on your cheeks stained from tears of torment, regret, and questions unanswered.  They remind me of the one’s I cried in the garden. “  Tenderly with His spirit he cups your tears and cleanses your heart.  Hear me, my flawed beauty.  You are worth it.  You are worth all the pain I endured.  When I didn’t understand the Father’s ways myself, I chose to hold onto you.  The Father pulled me closer into HIS ways.  I became flawed for you.”

“My flawed beauty you are engraved upon my hands.  I held to you, enduring the cross.  Would you allow me to continue to hold you?  Here in your pain and darkness would you let me embrace you and bring healing to your hidden flaws? The flaws you try to conceal with make up, laughter, career goals, children, sports, and addictions? I became flawed for you. You were my promise, and now I am yours.”

“I promise to bring life, healing, strength, freedom, grace, joy, peace, everything you need.  I know you don’t always understand my ways, and that is ok.  Just understand that I hold you when you hurt, I have always held you and will always hold you.  I can and never will forget you or let you go.  Despite what the enemy of your souls screams at you with poison sinking into your wounds you are NEVER alone! I have not forgotten you!”

“Come unto me, I will give you rest.  I will restore your soul.  I will cover you with love and forgiveness.  I will overshadow you and reveal my glory to your dark heart.  Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.  You who are sowing in tears of sorrow, you will reap in JOY.”

"Are you lost, confused, wandering, and guilt ridden?  I will accept you.  I will celebrate your homecoming.  Fear not for I am awaiting your return as you await my return, come let us reason together.  Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. I was flawed for you.  YOU brought BEAUTY to me.  Would you allow me to bring Beauty to you my flawed one?”
